Candidate Profile:
Minimum Experience: 4 years
Maximum Experience: 8 years
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree: A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology,Chemistry, or a related scientific field like is typically the minimum requirement.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Product development: Formulate and develop new cosmetic products such as skincare, hair care, body Care and oral care items.
2. Research and innovation: Research and identify new cosmetic ingredients, technologies, and market trends to drive innovation.
3. Testing and evaluation: Conduct stability, compatibility, and other performance tests on new and existing formulations.
4. Quality and compliance: Ensure all products and ingredients meet relevant safety protocols and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, BIS).
5. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including quality control, marketing, and production, to ensure a smooth product development and launch process.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all experiments, formulations, and testing results.
7. Troubleshooting: Address and resolve formulation challenges to improve product performance.
